You know how when you see someone doing a really good job, they’re engrossed and connected. Happy, if you like.

Well I was on my way to work and I spotted that moment and I walked past it.

And then I went back to say:

“You’re really doing a great job. I had to say, may I take a photo? You see, I work in marketing with micro businesses and have a blog, I’d love to write about you, may I?”

“Thank you, you don’t have to” “No I’d love to, what’s your email?” “I haven’t got email but you can have my card”

Here’s Charles’s card: it does what I saw him doing with the tin of paint.
